We have a full staff of technical engineers to help you diagnose any issues you may be experiencing with your equipment and assist with RMA’s or setting up repairs. They are available 24x7, 365 days a year.
Enhanced Service Plans
Our industry leading service plans allow you to select the level of service you need to keep your critical equipment up and running, reduce the need for spare parts and extend the product warranty for up to 5 years. Annual service plans are available for equipment already installed.
Repair & Return Services
We can help you with both in and out of warranty repairs on AT&T, Lucent, Lineage Power, PECO ll & Tyco power products and out of warranty repairs for other manufacturers. Component level troubleshooting and board level repairs come with a 6 month warranty regardless of the manufacturer.
Spare Parts and Retrofit Solutions
Our customized spare parts program let’s you choose the parts you need to keep on hand to make sure your equipment stays up and running. Our custom retrofit solutions are designed to replace out dated equipment with today’s technology without having to undergo a complete overhaul.
Training and Certification Programs
