ch Login EU Directive for Packaging End of Life In accordance with the methods set out in the applicable UNI technical standards and with the decisions adopted by the European Commission, Italian Legislative Decree No 116 of 3 September 2020 foresees that, from 1 January 2023, all packaging must be appropriately labelled in order to facilitate the collection, re-use, recovery and recycling of packaging – and to provide consumers with accurate information on the final destinations of packaging.
