Limited Warranty for Tools
ABB sells tools with the understanding that the user will perform all necessary tests to determine the suitability of each tool for the user's intended application. ABB Installation Products warrants that its tools will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of time specified in the chart on the inside front cover. Upon prompt notification of any warranted defect, ABB will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product or refund the purchase price. Proof of purchase is required. Misuse or unauthorized modification of the product voids all warranties.

Tool Repair
ABB Installation Products, Inc. Services repairs all our tools, from simple hand tools to hydraulic pumps and crimping heads. Tool Services performs all warranty repairs and can supply you with a temporary loaner tool when necessary. Tool Services can also perform non-warranty repairs, or if you wish to repair your own tools, contact Tool Services to obtain any needed components, technical documentation, and support.
Tool Rental Program
For short-term installation projects, sometimes it makes more sense to rent than buy power tools. ABB Installation Products, Inc. Tool Services understands this and has created a Tool Rental Program, geared specifically for contractors and projects, to meet the need. Renting ABB tools is easy. A rental agreement is available on our website, and you can pay the rental fee by credit card. Call Tool Services at 1-800-284-TOOL (8665) for more details, including a list of ABB Installation Products tools available for rental.
Limitations and Exclusions
The warranty to the left is the sole warranty concerning this product and is in lieu of all other warranties express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which are specifically disclaimed. Liability for breach of the above warranty is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the product, and under no circumstances will ABB be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
