The FBXi-8R8-X96-S s is a freely programmable BACnet® Controller with native BACnet/IP communications support. The controller is ideally suited for a wide range of applications for intelligent control of HVAC equipment, and electrical systems including lighting control and metering applications. The FBXi-8R8-X96-S supports multi-protocol communications simultaneously including BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus® TCP and Modbus RTU.
Part of Cylon’s FLXeon Line of BACnet field controllers, the FBXi-8R8-X96-S features support for up to five FLX (Field Level eXpansion) series extension modules providing up to 96 points of control, and a dedicated input for Cylon’s FusionAir smart room sensors. FLX I/O expansion modules are available in a variety of options to allow maximum flexibility in achieving the required point configuration. NOTE: This product is designed to be connected to and to communicate information and data via a network interface. It is your sole responsibility to provide and continuously ensure a secure connection between the product and your network or any other network (as the case may be). It is unacceptable to expose a smoke control system directly to the internet.
